What should I do after ordering my wedding invitations?

After you purchase your wedding invitation, send us a message along with your order number at vanessa[at]an-lim.com on the exact wording you would like to have on your wedding invitation pieces. Within 48 hours, we will send you a digital proof and upon approval it will be sent to our printers which takes up to 7 business days and then shipped to you!

Would you be up for designing custom invitations?

What are your accepted payment types?

Will I be charged a sales tax?

An Lim is located in Florida, thus for all Florida orders a sales tax of 6.5% does apply. We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Florida.

Is my transaction secure?

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order. Credit card and order data on our site are secured using 128 bit SSL encryption.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. This is not including printed invitations.

For printed invitations, please approve your proofs as soon as possible after receiving it. After you approve your proof, your order will be printed within 7 days and shipping time will take 5 to 7 business days with standard shipping.

What should I expect to know when my order has shipped?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we cannot ship internationally. We are however working hard to be able to provide this for you in the future.

What are your returns & refunds policy?

Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Returned items will then be credited to you in your original method of payment less shipping cost. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply to printed invitations.

Printed invitations are non-refundable after order confirmation. In addition, printed invitation orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval of your personalized order we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
